Selected bids are invited on Single Stage Two Envelopes (Technical & Financial) basis by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of the Punjab from manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, firms, registered with GST & NTN and PRA (if applicable), for the procurement of "Multimedia Projectors  (3 Nos.)" for  this institute. Single Envelope Containing Two Separate Envelopes must be marked as "Financial Proposal" & "Technical Proposal". (FOR Basis in Pak Rupees Only).

Bid Document can be obtained immediately from IBA office by depositing Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in IBA accounts office. Bid Document Fee will be deposited in United Bank Ltd. Quaid-e-Azam Campus Branch, University of the Punjab, Lahore. Detailed information is also available from the office of the institute between 09:00 a.m. - 04:00 p.m. on working days.  Sealed bids on Tender Document should reach the office not later than Tuesday 22 September 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

Bid Security @ 2% of estimated price is essential along with the Bid otherwise bid will be cancelled/rejected.

Representatives of interested firms/dealers/manufacturers are welcomed to be present at the time of opening of bids which will be opened on 22 September 2020 at 11:30 a.m. in the conference room of the institute.
