Sealed tenders addressed to the Director General School of Biological Sciences shall be
received up to 13-02-2020 (01:00pm) and shall be opened by the Institutional Purchase
Committee on the same day at 02:30pm in the presence of the bidders or their authorized
representatives who may wish to attend. |
The earnest money at the rate of 2% of the estimated cost in shape of Deposit at Call in
the name of Director General of SBS, Lahore must accompany with the offer, failing which the
offer will be rejected. |
(i) |
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance
of a bid or proposal. |
(ii) |
The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its
rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds. |
(iii) |
Tender documents will be issued immediately from the date of publish the tender. |
